There are no two identical cases. There are no people of the same body shape, homogeneous psychophysical structure, with the same level of motivation and readiness to act. Due to the unique individual physique not all exercises are for everyone. It requires a precise and holistic look at every little detail. At our first meeting we specify goals, take measurements and determine the level of general fitness, your strengths and weaknesses by carrying out simple tests. Than I will study the history of your injuries and illnesses, I will get to know your lifestyle, type of your work, diet, habits and weaknesses in this respect. As a result of processing all the necessary data I will develop your individual training plan.
First and foremost, you will learn indispensable movement patterns to ensure training safety, then we start joint work. At the advanced level I introduce elements of plyometric training and offset. It will be up to me to plan and modify it accordingly to your progress, instruct and care during implementation, ensure your body safety and motivation to work. It is up to you to implement the plan reliably and regularly.
